Dr. Sara Allen, PhD is a doctorate level holistic health practitioner. She has studied extensively food as medicine as well as supplemental & herbal medicine. Her specialty is a particular self brand of energy medicine– best described as a combination of ancient Chinese and East Indian modalities that are systemized via energy kinesiology. She is deeply skilled in Eden Energy Medicine, Pranic Healing, Touch for Health, EFT, Advanced Psych-K, Animal Energy Medicine, and she just cannot stop talking about the fascinating world of German New Medicine.

Dr Sara Allen and Debra Hurt are Eden Energy Medicine Advanced Practitioners and founding faculty of the Eden school. Dr Sara has been a practitioner of EEM since 1999 and Debra has been a EEM practitioner since 1988. Dr Sara and Debra have been teaching EEM together since 2006. Together they have over 50 years of experience with Eden Energy Medicine making their classes deeply rich, insightful and meaningful experiences for their students.

Study the fundamentals of Eden Energy Medicine (EEM) in a small, supportive setting with one of our Authorized EEM Foundations Program teachers.
The one-year EEM Fundamentals Program gives you the training you need to:
- Enhance your self-care skills and build a resilient energy system.
- Gain sufficient experience to confidently help your family and friends.
- Integrate basic EEM methods into your professional practice.
- Enroll in the Year 2 Certification Program to become an EEM Certified Practitioner.
The Fundamentals Program is a one year program, held over four expanded weekends, designed for people who want to learn the fundamental principles and methods of EEM. The instruction includes lecture, hands-on practice, and question and answer sessions. The Fundamentals Program will provide you with skills for working with the body’s energies in order to promote physical and emotional well-being.

COSTS:
The tuition for the Year One, Eden Energy Medicine Fundamentals Classes is US $1,195.00 per class. Tuition covers handouts, meeting space, teaching staff, evaluation and feedback of written tests and demonstrations between classes, and ongoing evaluations to keep people moving forward in a competence-based learning model. Some additional class materials will be required.

Payments for 2025
Private Sessions
Dr. Sara is available for private one on one sessions. She is also available for small group classes she has coined PODS. PODS are small classes usually 6 to 10 students. The subject for PODS is usually determined by the students – what they want to understand more deeply. She is available for the advising and mentoring of practitioners working with difficult case loads.
